SRT TOKEN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective Date: June 24, 2025
- Not a security: SRT is a utility token, not an investment or equity offering.
- KYC required: Government-issued ID and proof of address are mandatory prior to delivery.
- Redemption utility: Each token redeemable for $1 value in internal store credit on partner sites
- Volatility risk: SRT prices may fluctuate with market supply/demand.
- Jurisdiction: England and Wales; disputes settled by LCIA arbitration.
- Eligibility: Must be 18+ and not from restricted territories (e.g. USA, sanctioned countries).
- Year One Target: The Company aims to support a functional token value between $1–2 during the first year of circulation through redemption utility and access-based incentives. No price guarantees are made.
