Woo Price Optimisation Plugin – WordPress Plugin 24 Months of Updates
Your prices should hunt for the buyer.
Automated, scheduled price movement for WooCommerce. Set a ceiling and a floor — the engine walks the price down, holds the line, resets, and repeats. Every move logged. Nothing below your minimum. Ever.

The dead-stock problem
One fixed price is a single guess
You picked a number once. It either converts or it doesn’t — and if it doesn’t, that stock sits there tying up cash while you’re busy doing everything else. Meanwhile the buyer who would have paid a bit less never sees a reason to act, and the buyer who’d have paid more never gets asked.
- Manual markdowns don’t scale. Editing prices product by product is an evening you don’t get back.
- Discounts are blunt. A blanket sale gives money away on items that were selling fine.
- You never learn anything. A static price produces no data about what your market will actually bear.
- Timing is everything and nobody has it. The right price on Friday isn’t the right price on Tuesday.
The mechanism
Set the boundaries. Let it run.
No algorithms you can’t inspect, no black box. You define the rules; the engine executes them exactly, on schedule, and writes down everything it did.
-
STEP 01
Choose products
On first run, each product’s price is captured as its anchor and backed up — so you can always restore exactly what it was. -
STEP 02
Set your limits
As a percentage of the anchor, or as exact amounts in your own currency. Your floor is enforced on every single path. -
STEP 03
Pick the movement
Step the price down every interval — minutes to weeks — or raise and drop to set levels on chosen weekdays. -
STEP 04
Read the log
Every change is stamped with the exact rules that produced it. Months later you can still prove why a price was what it was.
Lite vs Pro
Same engine. No ceiling.
Lite is not a crippled demo. Every pricing mode, every guardrail, the full audit log and the bulk tools are all in the free version. Pro removes one thing: the product limit.

Guardrails
It edits real money. Built like it.
A repricing tool that gets it wrong doesn’t cause an inconvenience — it sells your stock at the wrong price to real customers. Every part of this is designed so that can’t happen quietly.
- Hard floor. In percentage mode nothing — automatic, manual or mistaken — can price below half the anchor.
- Zero is impossible. A zero or negative price is never written, whatever you type.
- Backup before you begin. One click exports every product’s prices and settings to CSV.
- One-step restore. Return products to the exact price captured when they were first repriced.
- Frozen audit trail. Each log entry carries a snapshot of the rules in force at that moment — not today’s rules.
- Locked down. Capability checks and per-form nonce verification on every action; parameterised database queries throughout.
Pro at scale
Whole catalogue, one spreadsheet
Unlimited products only helps if you can configure them without losing a week. So the bulk tools carry the weight.
- Download every product pre-filled with its minimum, maximum, step and interval.
- Edit in Excel or Sheets — different bands for different ranges, margins or seasons.
- Upload it back. Every matched product updates and snaps into its new range immediately.
- Switch strategy in one line. Paste a config string to reconfigure everything at once.
- Override individually where a product needs its own rules, without touching the rest.
Best fit
Built for stock that needs to move
- Slow movers. Let the price search for its buyer instead of guessing again.
- Seasonal ranges. Scheduled reductions as the season runs out, set once in advance.
- Clearance lines. Systematic markdowns that never breach your cost floor.
- Price discovery. Move through a range and read what actually converted, in the log.
- Weekday strategies. Higher when your buyers have money, lower when they’re hunting.

Questions
Before you commit
Is this a subscription?
No. Pro is a single $50 payment including 24 months of updates. Nothing recurring, no card kept on file. When the update window ends the plugin keeps working — you just stop receiving new versions unless you renew.
What exactly do I get by upgrading?
The product limit is removed — Lite manages 5, Pro manages as many as you like — plus priority support. Every other feature is identical, deliberately. You can validate the whole thing for free first.
Can a price fall lower than I intended?
No. Your minimum is enforced on every path, and percentage mode adds a second hard floor at 50% of the anchor price. Zero and negative prices are never written under any configuration.
How do I undo it?
Pause any product instantly, or use Restore to return products to their backed-up prices. Take the backup CSV first and you hold a complete record of every price before you started.
Which price does it change — regular or sale?
The regular price by default, or the sale price if you switch it. Worth knowing: if a product already has a sale price, that is what customers pay — so clear it, or reprice the sale field instead.
Will it work with my theme?
Yes. It changes prices inside WooCommerce itself rather than touching your templates, so any WooCommerce-compatible theme works.
Can different products have different rules?
Yes. Any product can carry its own step, interval, minimum and maximum — set individually in its panel, or in bulk from the spreadsheet.
Does it work in my currency?
It uses whatever currency your WooCommerce store is set to. Percentage mode is currency-agnostic; value mode uses your store’s own units.
Start free
Prove it on five products.
Then take the limit off.
Install Lite, put five products on a schedule, and watch the log for a few days. If it earns its place, upgrade once and run it across everything.
